Canoe Imports accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original invoice date. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us for exchange or credit. All returned items must be unused in their original packaging. Any item that is returned to us used, altered or without the original packaging will be returned to the purchaser at his/her expense. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked. Close-Out items, mounted skis and website specials are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
To return an item to CanoeImports.Biz, please follow these steps: 1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) by contacting our customer service at 802-651-8760. You will need your order number from your invoice. An RMA# is not required, but it does speed-up processing the exchange/credit. 2. Box up the item(s) you’re returning, with the product tags included, and use the bottom portion on the backside of the invoice to explain, in detail, the reason for the return/exchange. Please include order and RMA numbers. Return to: CanoeImports.Biz 370 Dorset ST S Burlington, VT 05403 Once we receive the returned item(s), we will either ship you the exchanged item or issue you a full refund for the product(s). If we mis-shipped your order, we will gladly credit the cost for return UPS Ground shipping (allow 2-6 business days). Please note at this time we are unable to ship outside of the continental USA.
